I'm brand new to using mosaic, and while my first creation bared fruit every time I've tried to create a new tile set from a video i get the error message "Unable to read the video 03 AVIERR_ERROR (800440C7) ." I've no clue what I'm doing wrong, I am using a .avi video file to pull the tiles from.

Please read the user manual on how to use and create video mosaics. Videos need to be in XVID format with XVID VfW codec installed.
