Hi Andrea,

first of all thank you very much for allowing us to use this great program free of charge.

I was wondering if you would be interested to make the following scenario a possibility:

Lets say that I have a couple of images of the entrance to our local zoo, one of these images I'd like to turn into a mosaic (I don't mind which one).

The mosaic should be made up of pictures of animals. These pictures are organised on my pc in subfolders for each animal species. So in the monkeys folder I have 200 monkey pictures, in the giraffe folder i have 100 giraffe pictures etc.

Now the Zoo has maybe 20 monkeys, 5 giraffes etc.
These ratios should be reflected in my final mosaic, that is 4 times as many monkey pictures than giraffe pictures.

If I have enough pictures in each category (monkey, giraffe etc) to make up my zoo entrance mosaic from any of my zoo entrance pics, this should be mathematically possible.

Do you agree that this might be an interesting feature to add to AndreaMosaic ?

Thanks again for the great work

Cheers
Dan

Looking around the net one won't find better than your software! (speed, match accuracy, ecc)

I suggest to improve the program adding features such as
tiles ROTATION,
tiles with random DIFFERENT SIZES
tiles OVERLAPPING
and tiles OVERLAPPING with "fade effect from center to borders" (ellipsoidal)

This is an easy one. simple as taking more zebra pictures and monkeys than birds. Then you set the limit of duplicates to X where X is:
total tiles/(total number of images)
