I was able to make two mosaics but they were ironically of images i didnt care about... every other attempt i keep getting jpegs back of 0kb. there is no output. I have tried changing the oprion settings, but with both the reg AM and with the beta... i dont get anything back. And the two that did work out are so cool i really want this to work...any suggestions?

Hi,

I suggest you to read the user manual and follow the tutorial there. And save the JPG files to the hard disk, C:\.
Use the default parameters, they should be ok. How many images do you have in your collection?

Well the folder i selected for my tiles is 937 images. I used the default settings...or the ones that appeared upon starting the program... size A3, 300dpi, 2000 tiles, etc... it comes back with a 0kb jpeg saved to the source folder

Some questions:
Is your original image located on the hard disk (if on a read only media then you can't have any image)?
In other words are you saving the mosaic to a folder on C:\ or another hard disk?
Are you using the latest beta version?
What is your operating system? How much memory RAM do you have?
What is the final status message? Mosaic completed?
What do you read in the Mosaic Information Area?
Do you have enough space on the hard disk left where you save the mosaic?
Do you see the preview image in the main window?

When do you get such an error? While creating the tiles or the mosaic? In what phase (see the status line of AndreaMosaic).
The problem is maybe related to a JPG file that AndreaMosaic doesn't like.
Create a new folder C:\tiles and place there a few images. Create the tile collection on that folder only.
Create a new folder C:\mosaics and place there one or two images to use as the main image. Try a different image.

Try to download the latest version 3.31, you may try the version for Win98/ME/NT.
How much RAM memory do you have?
