 Post subject: Black tiles

Hi,

A big THANK YOU for the program. I've created many superb looking mosaics. I would like to understand more of black tiles(when the progam cannot find suitable tiles for that slot) and how to overcome the problem. And also the difference of Standard and Exponential algorithm. Would setting it to the older exponential solve my problem of having black tiles?

You have black tiles because there are not enough images in your database. There are 2 solutions:

1 - put more images in your collection
OR
2 - use a lower value for the third parameter "Minimum distance between duplicated tiles". Try the value 1 or 2 for example.
