I guess this question was asked before, but I could not find an answer;
Is there a way to create 2 exact mosaics where the only difference is the "%" of the color change?

I would like 2 exact JPGs for where the Color Change property is different...

If I simply create 2 mosaics and change it on the main screen, I would render and get 2 different mosaics...

Thanks in advance!

Adam

Create a mosaic with Color Change set to 0% or to a low value. Then use a Paint Program (i.e. Photoshop) and blend the original image with the final mosaic (using various values for the transparency layer). I suggest you to use Soft Light for the blending option.

Dear Andrea.

In Photoshop for sure. But there is no way in the Andrea software, since the re-render of the file? no way to work around that?

Thanks for the quick reply!

I'm sorry, actually this possibility isn't available.

I may be missing something here, but if all the parameters are the same, and you create the mosaic once with 0% color change, and once with xx% color change, you should get the same exact mosaic (tile choices), and only the colorblending will differ.

Isn't that wht you want to get ?

The Color Change parameter influences the choice of the tiles. :wink:
So, the resulting mosaics are (probably) different.
