Firstly, loving the software!
I may need to upgrade for a Premium edition for what I need, but I am still having a couple of issues that I hope can be resolved first.
I am trying to create a random pattern mosaic. Approx 300 square tiles, final print size is to be approx 2m x 1m. Each tile is an album cover. It is to be printed on full colour vinyl and stuck to the roof of my car - crazy!
Issue I am currently having -
I need the mosaic to be taller than it is wide (i.e. in portrait mode) but when I change the mosiac size, to 45 x 75" for example, the mosaic still comes out in landscape.
Am I doing something wrong?

Be sure that the main image is in a landscape format.
The pattern parameter select only the orientation of the tiles.
In the beta version there should be a random algorithm in More Opions, it will add all images in a completely random order.
In Start->Programs->AndreaMosaic you can select tile aspect ratio.
