You definitively need someone somewhat more expert to archive this result.
Publishing the web page exported by AndreaMosaic is relatively easy. First of all make a mosaic that it isn't big in size, I would say 2000 pixels width, not more. A small mosaic. Then set More Options->Web Page/Text Report to the same value in pixels. AndreaMosaic will produce a JPG image and an HTML file. If you double click the HTML file you can see the web page and how it will be shown on a web server. But before publishing it you have to edit the HTML file manually and replace all absolute path's to relative paths and you have to publish all your tile images. Ask for someone to help doing this. It's not much work but actually there is some handwork. He can create a small batch that copies all used files (see Text Report) into another folder.
Publishing via Flash require that you need a flash viewer for big images. There exists several solutions. The simplest one is to just publish your big mosaic to the site
http://www.gigapan.org/ they will allow zooming. There is no popup of the original image but you can zoom as wish. Here an example
http://www.gigapan.org/gigapans/15316/ Just create an account and publish the mosaic. It's free.
Another free solution is to use Zoomify. I created an example here
http://www.andreaplanet.com/mosaic/starrynight/You can download the free Zoomify viewer and image builder. It takes some time to create and upload everything to a web site.
There exists other technologies too, for example Silverlight is not bad. But you need someone with some more experience.
In all cases you can easily share the web page of the published mosaic through facebook, email, twittter and so on.
