First, AndreaMosaic is a really great imaging software! I have made some nice image creations with it! ;)

Supposed there will be an next version of AndreaMosaic i would suggest to add any pre-prcessing feature for the tiles if any possible at all!?
At least have got much better results with tiles what have much lower contrast and changed gamma value than with original resp. unmodifed tiles.
Of course it would be possible to create separate tiles folders - but what's always a lot of work just to make some tests to see how it would look like...

Maybe i have expierenced an exception by getting better results with modified tiles? - If yes there is indeed no need to add such a feature.
However it would be very interesting if other AndreaMosaic user could post their experiences using tiles with changed contrast, saturation and brightness.

In my first release of the program there was an automatic function that do a resize on all images in the tile collection to a maximum size of 300 pixels. I had more than 150.000 images in different resolution and with this function I made the program much faster to run and the images used less space.

So, yes, it is possible to change the tiles with some processing function. An easy solution is to do the processing "on the fly" without changing the tiles on the disk. This is in fact what I am already doing with the Modification Parameter. Tiles are changed on the fly.

What changes do you wish for the tiles?

Just was in holidays... - Mi dispiace, it wasn't Italy this time... :(

Thanks for asking, I would recommend particularly changes for brightness, contrast or gamma so the user is able to reduce or increase the visual dominance of the tiles.
Of course a modifications for saturation would be intersesting too, for all R-G-B values at once but also for one specific R-G-B-value (so e.g. reducing G- and B-value would result in red looking tiles).

Of course this just any input and much more pre-procecing effects like bluring or sharpening the tiles would be imaginable in theory.
I hope more whishes form other anderamosic users are coming up and that you find the time to implement some of the ideas in your great imaging tool!
