K-Lite Codec	Download the free K-Lite Codec Pack if you want to extract images from video/movie files using AndreaMosaic. You don't need to install the entire package but only a few Video for Window codecs. Those older components don't create any problems with your existing video/audio configuration. Follow the instructions in this video or the next four steps: Download the MEGA version Run the setup, select Advanced Setup Click Next until you reach the Select Components Window From the list box choose the last profile option: Deselect All Then scroll down the list and select only the VFW Video codecs. Click Next until installation is complete. Note: For Windows 98/ME/NT you need to download version 3.4.5 of K-Lite Full Codec Pack. You may need to install also DirectX 8.1 or later.

Alternative macOS Installations
	Use the commercial CrossOver for Mac Software to run AndreaMosaic. Also CrossOver has the Antivirus report issues. Read HERE a message from the Founder or HERE about how to deal with the Antivirus Software.
	How to use PlayOnMac to run AndreaMosaic: Download the free PlayOnMac software. Open the downloaded PlayOnMac file and drag it's main Icon to your Application Folder Run PlayOnMac. You have to do a Right-click and select Open because PlayOnMac is not digitally signed In the Main Screen of PlayOnMac, click on Install -> Graphics -> AndreaMosaic. Confirm the various Next buttons. If asked to install an Additional Components like 'Gecko', 'Mono' or 'X11' just press Cancel. They are not needed. Select Download AndreaMosaic or if you have already downloaded the Portable Setup then you can select 'Use a Setup file in my Computer'. After completetion it is possible to run AndreaMosaic within PlayOnMac and eventually create a Shortcut on the Desktop.
	Use the free Porting Kit Software to run AndreaMosaic. Both AndreaMosaic and The Porting Kit are based on the Wine library and the WineSkin Software.
	Use the commercial and free VMware or VirtualBox Software to create a Windows or Linux Virtual Machine.
