Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 19 March 2026
This policy explains how Unyma by Denzler (the "Data Controller") collects and uses your information in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding the use of the AndreaMosaic software and website.
- 1. INFORMATION COLLECTED:
• Personal: Name and email address for license delivery.
• Order & Business Data: Transaction details are received from payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe), including billing addresses and raw payloads. For business purchases, Company Name and VAT/Tax ID are also collected for accounting and tax compliance.
• Technical: IP addresses associated with downloads and license activations are logged for security and delivery verification.
• Payment: All transactions are handled securely by PCI-DSS Compliant Payment Service Providers. They process the chosen payment method and provide only the necessary order confirmation details. For certain countries (e.g. EU and UK), Stripe (operating as Link) acts as the Authorized Reseller (Merchant of Record) and collects billing information directly to fulfill legal tax obligations. Sensitive payment data (such as full credit card numbers) is never received by Unyma by Denzler in any form.
- 2. DATA USAGE: Your information is used strictly to deliver your software license, provide technical support, and comply with legal tax reporting and Swiss accounting obligations.
- 3. DATA RETENTION: Transactional data and invoices are stored for at least 10 years, as required by the Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 957). To allow users to recover licenses and download software updates in the future, license-related personal data (name and email) is retained for as long as the service is active, unless a deletion is explicitly requested by the user.
- 4. THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURE: Personal data is not sold, traded, or shared with third parties. Data is only shared with authorized payment processors (Stripe) to complete the order or with tax authorities if required by law. In cases where Stripe acts as the Authorized Reseller (Merchant of Record), they process data as an independent Data Controller in accordance with the Stripe Privacy Policy. When using Amazon Pay via Stripe, transaction data is handled according to the Amazon Pay Privacy Notice.
- 5. YOUR RIGHTS: You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting the Data Controller via the contact details provided in the footer.
Enjoy!
Peace & Love.
Andrea
